BOESCH LOUNGE AND TIME WARNER CABLE FLIGHT DECK RENTAL INFORMATION
The lounges are available for use from 6 a.m. until 1 a.m.
The Boesch Lounge can host up to 150 people in its standard banquet setting, while the Time Warner Cable Flight Deck can accommodate 300 in its standard banquet setting. Unfortunately, these will be the posted maximums and modification to the standard settings could lower the number of people that can safely enjoy these areas.
The Boesch Lounge is smaller and has a restaurant-style atmosphere. The Time Warner Cable Flight Deck is larger and has a sports-bar atmosphere with a combination of dinner-height and bar-height tables. RENTAL RATES:
A rental rate will consist of an eight-hour block. Any additional time will be billed in hourly segments (University Rate: $100/per hour or General Rate: $250/per hour). A deposit of $250 is required at time of booking and is fully refundable up to 30 days in advance of the event date.
University Rate
Weekdays: $175/per block
(Monday thru Thursday and Friday until 4:30 pm)
Weekends: $250/per block
(Friday after 4:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday)
GENERAL RATE
Weekdays: $350/per block
(Monday thru Thursday and Friday until 4:30 pm)
Weekends: $500/per block
(Friday after 4:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday)
SECURITY CHANGES:
When an event occurs outside of the Arena's normal business hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, we must provide security. The Building Supervisor charge is $27/per hour and the External Security charge is $15/hour with a four-hour minimum. Both securities are required to be on site one hour prior to the event start and one hour past the event end.
CATERING:
Bensons Catering is the exclusive caterer for the lounges so the bringing in of any food or drink, along with the use of an outside service provider, is strictly prohibited. Contact Bensons at (859) 655-3850 or visit their website for more information.
AUDIO/VISUAL:
We have a projector, projector screen, microphone, podium, easels and flip charts on site. We can rent additional equipment from campus and pass the cost along to you.
DANCE FLOORS:
We rent these from Prime Time Party Rental. The approximate cost for a 15' x 18' floor (for 150 guests) is $355.

Thank you for supporting the Flyers. Please review the following criteria for access to the Boesch Lounge and Time Warner Cable Flight Deck. If you are interested in gaining access to these areas of the UD Arena, please contact the UD Ticket Office at (937) 229-4433.
Eligibility to access the Boesch Lounge and Time Warner Cable Flight Deck is determined by the level of annual contribution to University of Dayton Athletics. Annual contributions include contributions to the Arena Seating Plan or charitable gifts to athletics, such as donations for capital projects. Also, this year, all season ticket holders will have access to the Time Warner Cable Flight Deck for pre-game dining.

Access Policy, Priority Levels and Color Code System
The season tickets are color coded for Gold, Silver, Bronze and Red. Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. The four priority levels are:
GOLD = $2,500 and above
SILVER = $1,000 to $2,499
BRONZE = $500 to $999
RED = All other season ticket holders/fourth priority in making reservations
GUEST POLICY
All Gold, Silver, Bronze and Red Season Ticket Holders are allowed to bring one guest per ticket to the Time Warner Cable Flight Deck for pre-game dining only. For example: If a Silver season ticket holder has two silver tickets, he or she can make a reservation for four people for dinner. THIS IS FOR PRE-GAME DINING ONLY, NOT FOR HALF-TIME OR POST-GAME ACCESS.
MEALS
Dinner and beverages will be served this year again in the Flight Deck. To make dinner reservations, please review the 2005-06 Dinner Access Policy and then contact the U.D. Ticket Office at 937/229-4433 on the appropriate date. Also, this year we will have the menu posted on the web-site within a week of the men's home basketball game.

MEAL PRICING
Bensons Catering of Cincinnati (Mike Fink's Restaurant, B&B Riverboats, UCATS club at UC) prepares the lounge buffets and catered food. The prices for buffets will be the following:
Brunch/Dinner* $15 per adult; $7.50 per child
Lunch* $15 per adult; $7.50 per child
*Tax and service are included in the cost. Children aged 4-12.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations for pre-game dining reservations must be received by noon of the business day before the game. The Athletics Division is charged $15 per person for "no-shows." We would prefer not to implement a policy that automatically passes this cost on to our reservation customers. Please call the reservation hotline for cancellations.
Access to the Boesch Lounge and Time Warner Cable Flight Deck will require you to show your ticket to gain entry - GOLD, SILVER, BRONZE, RED.
PRE-GAME
Time Warner Cable Flight Deck - Access will be for dining reservations only.
Boesch Lounge - Access will be for beverages only (when available).
HALFTIME
Time Warner Cable Flight Deck and Boesch Lounge - Access will be on a first-come basis for GOLD, SILVER AND BRONZE
POST-GAME
Time Warner Cable Flight Deck - Access is available for GOLD Members only for the first 15 minutes, then SILVER and BRONZE members will be admitted based on capacity constraints.
