"I think it was a well fought game and Kentucky came out well in game one. I was waiting for a timeout to settle things down, but I had to call one and from that point we continued to chip away and get back into the game and eventually we went ahead and we played well from that point on."

"It was a tough loss and anytime you end the season with a loss it's not easy. I give credit to Michigan State who played well and serving very tough to keep our rhythm off offensively. I appreciate the fact that our team battled as hard as they did. We were given a couple of chances here and there and if game one had a different result it could have been a different match. We were on our heals in game two and we couldn't close the gap."
