Assistant Coach Andrew Henry joins head coach Derek Copeland on the rowing staff.

He served as UD's novice coach during the fall and was men's coach for the Dayton Boat Club during the 2006-07 campaign leading the squad to a silver medal at the Midwest Championships.

Henry started his coaching career serving two years as a coach with the Dayton Boat Club. Henry will assist Copeland with various aspects of the program that includes recruiting, fundraising and student-athlete development.

Henry received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Dayton and rowed for four years with the men's program. He was on the Varsity 8 boat for the final three seasons and helped the Flyers to their highest finish in the Open 8 at Head of the Charles regatta.
