Please respect the game, athletes and your fellow fans by following principles of good sportsmanship: Please support our efforts to make all Dayton intercollegiate sports a positive experience by being apart of the Flyer Faithful and demonstrating proper fan etiquette. Here is everything you need to know for the ultimate Dayton Flyers experience from A to Z. A ADVANCED TICKETS - The ticket office, located on the Arena's south side, is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and on weekends at 9 a.m. on days of events only. The UD Ticket Office phone number is (937) 229-4433. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE POLICY - No alcohol (including non-alcoholic beer and wine) or illegal drugs may be brought into UD Arena. AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINES - You will find National City Bank ATMs located in UD Arena. Please ask your guest service representative or usher for the location nearest you. B BANNERS & SIGNS - Banners and signs are permitted, provided they are basketball-related, in good taste and not of a commercial nature. Banners and signs may not exceed three feet in height, or obstruct the view of other guests or arena advertising signage. The Flyers reserve the right to remove any banner or sign. American flags meeting the measurement criteria are acceptable. C CAR PROBLEMS - Please go to the UD Customer Service desk, which is located in the Administrative Office for assistance. CELLULAR PHONES - The use of cellular phones is permitted at UD Arena, provided such use does not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the ballgame. Please be courteous and remove yourself from your seating location before making a lengthy call. D E G GUEST CONDUCT - The University of Dayton is dedicated to serving our customers, and to providing a high-quality entertainment experience at UD Arena. Guests using foul language, throwing objects onto the court, making obscene gestures, smoking in undesignated areas or appearing to be in an impaired condition will be ejected from the facility. In addition, any fan entering the field of play or throwing objects in the stands or onto the court, will face arrest and prosecution. If someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the game, please contact an usher or guest services representative. L M P PUBLIC TELEPHONES - Public telephones are located in the Southwest Concourse, near the Administrative Office. R S SOUVENIRS - Souvenirs may be purchased at the merchandise stands located in the North and South Concourses of the UD Arena during Flyers games. You can also find Dayton Flyers apparel through Korporate Kasuals at www.flyerattire.com. STUDENT SHUTTLE BUSES - Shuttle buses are available from the campus for students during men's basketball games. Contact the ticket office at (937) 229-4433 for more information. SUGGESTIONS - Please feel free to offer suggestions regarding your experience at the UD Arena to any available arena personnel, or call (937) 229-4635. You may also use comment cards, which are located throughout the arena, send an e-mail to flyervoice@notes.udayton.edu, or visit daytonflyers.com. U W WIRELESS INTERNET - The UD Arena is equipped for wireless Internet access both in the seating bowl and in the media work room. A password is required to access the wireless network at UD Arena. |
