2007
After setting 3000 meter and 5000 meter personal bests during the spring track season, Tom Middleton placed among the top seven men in all seven cross country meets in his junior year. At the All-Ohio Meet, NCAA Pre-Nationals, and Atlantic 10 Championships Middleton finished as the fourth Flyer across the line. Tom lowered his 8K personal best to 26:18 at the Greater Louisville Classic, placing him as 22nd on the Harrier hero list.

2006
Unable to compete last winter and spring because of a broken collarbone, Middleton started off the fall season at the Flyer 5K running faster than he did the previous year in a time of 16:36. He showed consistency in his running throughout the season; an asset that will help the team in the coming years. He placed in the Top 7 for the Flyers in all seven of the varsity races this year, recording his best time at the BGSU Falcon Invitational in 27:27. A very talented runner, Middleton could drop into the Top 5 next year with additional work.

2005
Middleton brings high intensity to the meets on race-day and his efforts enabled him to run in all seven races, including six varsity appearances. At the Falcon Invitational, he ran a 26:55 and was the fifth Flyer across the finish line. That also set a personal best time and earned him the 35th spot on the Harrier Heroes list. With proper training and good health, his competitive desire can secure his spot on that list by improving his time in the upcoming years.

HIGH SCHOOL
Named First Team All-Area by the Dayton Daily News in 2003, 2004, and 2005. Also competed in the Mid-West Meet of Champions, and was part of the Mid-Miami League Champion Teams in 2003, 2004, and 2005.
