AT DAYTON: Tyler Blue earned his third letter in the 2007 season, while recording two tackles. He was named to ESPN The Magazine's Academic All-District Team this season. Blue earned his second letter in the 2006 season, playing all ten games and making five tackles. He lettered for the first time in 2005 when he made nine tackles (five solo) in eight games for UD. He is expected to backup Brandon Cramer at safety again this season. He was a member of the Pioneer Football League Academic Honor Roll the last two seasons, and was Second-Team Academic All-PFL last year.

Son of Ron & Nancy Blue...Born on June 2, 1986... Majoring in Journalism/Religious Studies... Blue was a team captain at Danville High School in football, basketball and track. He graduated first in his class, and was a member of the National Honor Society.
