UD will begin Spring Break with a two-game series at Tennessee Tech on Tuesday (6 p.m. ET) and Wednesday (3 p.m. ET). Both games can be followed with Gametracker at www.DaytonFlyers.com.

The Flyers have won nine of the last 11 games but split a four-game set with Valparaiso this past weekend at Time Warner Cable Stadium. Dayton's success has come with a balanced offense that has seen six different Flyers post batting averages of .275 or higher in support of a pitching staff that boasts a 3.13 team ERA.

UD has also a number of runs late to put away close games with its opponents. The Flyers have outscored the competition 28-5 in the eighth and ninth innings and have a 6-0 record when leading after six innings of play.

Dayton's bullpen duo of Lucas Farden and Burny Mitchem have combined for four saves in UD's nine wins this season. The pair has combined for 34 strikeouts while surrendering only 10 walks over 32.2 innings pitched.

Following this week's games, UD will return home to host Xavier in opening series of Atlantic 10 Conference play for both teams. The Flyers and Musketeers will square off on Saturday, Sunday and Monday in games that will feature FREE Live Audio and Gametracker at www.DaytonFlyers.com.
