Prior to UD
A 1st team All-WBL, 1st team All-Northwest District, and All-Ohio Academic team pick his senior year, Pfeffenberger was also a stand out basketball and football player at St. Mary's High School. He batted .429, and tallied 25 RBI's his senior year.
