University of Dayton Donation Request Policies & Procedures

PRE-COLLEGE EXPENSES
13.16.1 Prohibited Expenses. An institution or a representative of its athletics interests shall not offer, provide or arrange financial assistance, directly or indirectly, to pay (in whole or in part) the costs of the prospect's educational or other expenses for any period prior to his or her enrollment or so the prospect can obtain a postgraduate education.

Translation: This bylaw prohibits The University of Dayton from providing any equipment, memorabilia or autographed items to a high school or a high school student (ninth through twelfth grade). This applies to items designated for auctions, raffles, and door prizes as well. Please note: In order to process your donation request, we ask that you please complete the following steps AT LEAST four (4) weeks prior to your event deadline:

1.) Print and fill out the following form.

2.) Mail or fax the completed form along with a written letter on organization letterhead of the request and how the donation will be distributed to the following:

3.) If you have specific questions about a donation or about a question pertaining to the forms, please contact either:

4.) Please allow two to five business days to process your ticket request and two weeks for an autographed basketball request once it is received.

5.) You will be contacted by phone or mail regarding your request's approval. All ticket requests will be mailed and all autographed basketballs must be picked up at the UD Arena.

6.) PLEASE NOTE: The University of Dayton Athletic Department currently has one form of donations:

A.) Certificates for tickets to Football, Men's and Women's Soccer, Volleyball, Baseball, and Men's and Women's Basketball
